"The staff at the hotel was beyond welcoming. I felt like I was staying at a super fancy hotel. Housekeeping even left chocolate covered macadamia nuts on my bed whenever they came in! And I was greeted with a whole box when I checked in! Wonderful hospitality! "

"My husband and really I enjoyed our weeklong stay here, away from the crowds of Honolulu and Waikiki. Some people said they thought the resort was crowded, but we didn't find that true for us (we went in June). It was definitely worth the hour+ drive to stay on the North Shore. We loved all the hiking trails on the property with many "hidden" beaches all to ourselves (and a couple of turtles). We made use of the free bicycles as well, and they also have horses for those who want to ride. Our room/bathroom were spacious and comfortable, and the food at Beach House by Roy Yamaguchi was especially delicious. We hope to make the trip again someday! "
