There were lots of thoughtful touches and amenities, the hot spring was perfect and the Fuji views were incredible. "The bottom floor with the sauna, onsen and showers was incredible. There was a staff only door which was a little concerning near the bedrooms (which do not have a lock) but my group did not have any issues during our stay. The check in was a little troubling, we get there at night."
