"We stayed only for one night but we had a wonderful and peaceful experience. The first day was a bit cloudy and we were not able to see the Mt. Fuji but the next morning we got a very privileged view of the mountain cloud free just from our room rest area. The food was amazing. The staff very kind and the onsen experience very unique. I highly recommend this place if you want to get a truly japanese atmosphere."

"3連休でおせわになりました。 夕飯ビュッフェが美味しかった。特にドレッシングとデザートが美味しかったです！ 離乳食なども充実していましたが、小学生向けのお食事メニューは少ない印象でした。特に唐揚げ、ハンバーグ、カレーなどの子供向けメニューは常設であるとありがたいと思いました。（唐揚げはあったのですが、山椒や唐辛子が和えてあり子供の好みには合わなかった。） お風呂はとても気持ちが良く、混雑していても生活感も保たれていました。 また、部屋の冷蔵庫に、前の方の忘れ物なのか？空いているような甘酒が入っていて気持ち悪かったのが難点でした。お茶請けのお菓子なども置いてあるのですが特に説明もなく。 お部屋冷蔵庫にフリーの水があると嬉しいと思いました。 ですが、総じて3世代旅行などにもぜひ使いたいと思った良いお宿でした。"

"The villa is great. We loved everything about the unit. It was spacious and clean, had lots of amenities, and the private onsen was great. The layout for us (6 people) was awesome. The unit had multiple toilets and places to get ready. The fully equipped kitchen was very much welcomed. While we did not cook, and only heated up store-bought food and cup noodles, there are pots and pans and even an outdoor grill if you want to cook. There is even a vending machine that has limited food options...

"This hotel was good-hearted and the food was Japanese artistry. It is an older property and has a very “mountain lodge” kind of feel. The food was interesting but challenging for an unadventurous North American eater. It goes well beyond sushi to escargot and tiny octopi (squids?) over cucumber and a miso sauce.
