Hotel Indigo Hakone Gora by IHG
Hotel exceeded expectations all around. The staff were lovely and welcoming, amenities were excellent, the food was delicious. Complimentary shuttle was a bonus.

The Fujiya Hotel
Room was amazing. The old architecture with modern amenities was great. The onsen was beautiful. The hotel itself and the area around the hotel, including the gardens were stunning and fun to explore. A perfect oasis, I wish we could have stayed longer.
