The staff were really kind and friendly, the facility was clean and nice, onsen(both inside and outside) were great, and they even provided simple breakfast! Onsen is not big as normally depicted in Japanese media(movie/drama) but the water source is outstanding. Loved loved loved! Wished I had booked this for the entire trip and probably will book again if I return. The home was thoughtfully curated and exactly as pictured. Very scenic drive and quiet neighborhood. Instructions were straightforward with check-in/route/guidelines and host was very responsive. Note: if you are using public transport and have more than a back pack, I suggest catching a ride from the drop off point to the home.

Staying in this hotel was one of the most amazing experiences during my trip. The room was spacious and even had a restroom, which was a nice surprise.
