Location and comfort

Great place, close to everything. Bedroom and living area, bathroom all excellent. Kitchen a little light on bench space. Easy to find but entry was a bit challenging, but maybe partly my fault.

Area was overall amenable to travel and the first stop on the cable car. House is less than a minute away from the stop, too. I wish they had told us it costs 200 yen per load of laundry and 100 yen per 20 mins of drying. We would have been better prepared.

The property exceeded my expectations. The only complaint I have is that some of the entries in their complementary guidebook led to some wasted time due to inaccuracies. I would definitely go to this accomodation again but I hope by then they have updated their book. Also there's the apparent fact that no public onsen seem to be in the area, so you should probably plan for going to hakone yamoto (hope I spelled that right) to get access to those. There actually is a small public one near this accomodation but I forgot the name.

予約時に宿泊人数の食い違いがありましたが、施設はとても綺麗でキッチン用品もほぼ揃っているのでとても過ごしやすかったです。 子供達も大喜びでした。 駐車場は確かにわかりずらいので、サイトの動画で確認してから行くのをおすすめします。 また、機会があれば利用したいです。

事前に案内を頂きましたが、実際に駐車場の場所がわかりづらく、探すのに時間がかかりました。 部屋は設備もよくキッチンや浴室のアメニティ備品は品揃えがよかったです。 和室は床暖房があり暖かかったですが、寝る時は布団が熱くなり過ぎたので注意書きがあるとよいです。 テレビもネットが見れて便利だと思いました。 また強羅を訪れる時は利用したいです。

コテージ内は清潔で良かったです。 あったら良かったものは、布巾、時計、キッチンのタオル掛、キッチンペーパーです。 また、チェックアウト時のメールに使用したタオルは脱衣所にあるカゴにと記載がありましたが、ありませんでした。 ４人で泊まりましたが十分な広さでした。 ２階に宿泊しましたが１階の方が扉を開けたりしている音は聞こえました。 周辺のお店が早くしまってしまうのは残念でした。 コンビニも19:00とかにしまりましたので、早めに買いに行くか準備をしていったほうが良さそうです。

大人２人、子ども４人(小学生３人と１歳児)で宿泊、お部屋はとても綺麗で快適に過ごせました。 ２段ベッド２つ、リビングにもお布団を敷けるので、６人でも広々と眠れました。 ただ、お風呂は浴槽なしの１人用なので、近隣の温泉利用がオススメです。 案内して頂いた提携先の日帰り温泉を利用しました。 また、ナビの案内だと行くのが難しいところを、動画付きで駐車場の場所、駐車場からお部屋までの案内があって、とても分かりやすかったです。 強羅駅も近くて便利でした。
