"I miss Hotel Okada so much! Wish we had stayed 3 nights instead of 2. Or even more! 20 min walk into town if you can't catch a cab. Older hotel, but still very clean and comfortable. The onsen was such an incredible experience for us. THE BUFFET!!! Oh my lord, all you can eat sashimi and more! Different, traditional, Japanese food than what we are used to in North America. Grateful to be able to experience such an array of amazing food. 20/10 would recommend this place to stay. The service was lovely. There's even a little candy machine in the lobby for kids and the staff gave us tokens when we arrived for it, so the kids were thrilled. Koi fish swimming just outside. Wonderful gift shop. Do it. Book it."

"The staff welcomed our group and they were also very efficient. Since we arrived early they held our luggage until checkout time. They also kindly held our luggage next day. The breakfast had nice mixture of Japanese and western food that tasted really nice! We couldn’t believe how good they all tasted! We stayed at 3 different Toyoko inn and this one had the best breakfast! "

"The service at this establishment was wonderful. Everyone was helpful, patient, and caring. Really made our stay a pleasant one. The private onsen was great! Didnt realize there was a bus conveniently located nearby you could take to/from the Hakone-Yumoto Station which made things easier even though it was within walking distance (approx 15mins) "
