"The location is very good as you can talk to the JR station in 7 or 8 minutes, or less. The area is surrounded by various choices of restaurants, and making the only problem as there are way too many restaruants to choose from. The room is clean and comfortable. It would be nicer is the staff is more welcoming, but it is only a minor issue,"

"Fresh apple juice in the lobby is a nice touch. Comfortable bed in a small room. Noise levels were good, with one exception. Bathroom had a problem with water in the toilet continually running; staff fixed it while I was away having dinner. If the hotel were located closer to the train station, I would definitely stay there again."

The hot spring one hot and one warm great to spend lots of time- supper mmmmm. My favorite place this trip. Not new and fancy but relaxing and special"
