"I rented the apartment for a two-week holiday and I am completely satisfied. The appartment has everything you need, is very well maintained and at an excellent technical level. The contact with the landlord was excellent, they were very helpful and easy to reach. I would book the appartment again at any time!"

"Unfortunate broken parking fob and missing ironing board were sorted quickly and easily. Would have been nice to have a small heater to supplement the underfloor heating. Great location - especially for us as attending a funeral in the area. "

"The apartment was nice, but it was a bit run down and in terms of kitchen wear a lot was lacking with i. e. only 3 forks, 2 cups, 2 spoons etc. The freezer had not been defrosted for years and the dishwasher did not work. During our whome stay, the wifi did not work and despite several messages to the so-called service office, nothing was done about it, and the communication just stopped. Very disappointing!"

"Great communications and support, reasonably easy checkin although picking up the key is elsewhere in town. The major issue to be careful of with this apartment is the bizarre choice of ceiling windows with no blinds/covering. In summer in Finland it means you'll have almost 24/7 sunlight streaming into 2 of the bedrooms. Also apartments above can presumably see you in bed."

"Das Apartment liegt zentrumsnah und ist geräumig. Damit lassen sich die positiven Seiten der Unterkunft zusammenfassen. Die Kommunikation seitens 2ndhomes war mangelhaft - der Onlineregistrierungslink, um den Zugang zur Schlüsselbox zu erhalten, sollte 24 Std. vor Anreise kommen, tat er aber nicht. Telefonisch war die Unterkunft nicht zu erreichen, glücklicherweise wurde am Anreisetag auf meine E-Mailanfrage geantwortet. Der größte Mangel bestand in der Sauberkeit der Unterkunft: Haare und...
