Large, bright, newly renovated holiday home for sole use in the middle of the green heart of Thuringia, right on the edge of the forest. The pool area and pool were completely renovated in 06/2025. Hiking trails directly from the house.
Many excursion destinations can be found in the immediate vicinity: Dornburg castles, Jena, Apolda, Weimar and also Naumburg and Erfurt can be reached in a short time. The landlords will be happy to provide you with tips.

The house is allergy-friendly. Please specify when booking.

The house has two terraces with 2 sun loungers and garden furniture, as well as a barbecue. Another new, covered seating area with a view of the pool and garden is also available immediately

Smoking is not permitted in the house, only outside. Although the property is at ground level, it is not wheelchair accessible. The upper floor is currently not available. The house is not suitable for families with small children.
A bicycle rack is available.
Most of the water is heated by solar panels.
Arrival is only possible by car/motorbike. Charging electric cars is not yet possible.

The pool (6m diameter, 1.40m deep) is available from around mid-May and as long as the weather permits.
Use is at your own risk. It is not suitable for small children. Parties etc. are not permitted!

Arrival and departure days are Saturday and Sunday. Other days only on request.

The extensive garden is not yet completely finished - but is still available for fun and games and you are welcome to eat from our fruit trees and bushes.

If you want to spend your holiday in a quiet and modern ambience, close to nature, but still want to be close to the city and appreciate comfort - you will feel completely at home here.
