* No smoking ($500 penalty if found smoking on the premises).
* No additional guests permitted onsite above 10 total. If uncertain about guest numbers or daytime visitors, please reach out as we aim to be reasonable.
* Limit outdoor parties and noise after dark as in a quiet neighborhood and police may be called.
* Report any damages that occur during your stay.
* Make sure to return garage door openers in the welcome basket, all fan remotes to their holders, all TV remotes near the TVs, pool toys back in storage and games returned as you found them as next guest arrives same or next day.
* Late Check Out Fees are as follows: $50 for the first hour, $100 for two hours, and $500 for any extended time. These fees ensure fair compensation for our cleaners, or any subsequent guests affected by delays. If you need a late checkout, please inquire in advance. Depending on upcoming bookings, we might be able to accommodate you, though a fee might apply.
* Extra Guests: If more guests than permitted are found at the property, we reserve the right to deny entry or charge. Extra guests will be treated as trespassers. An additional fee of $50/night per extra guest may apply, or we might request you vacate the property.
