"1 would like to place a complaint. There was a foul smell in the house upon arriving. Last night we had looked around to see if we could find the smell but nothing was found. My husband opened the microwave, attempting to heat his left overs and he found a tray of food with mold. It clearly has been there for a while. We were unable to use the microwave. And it smells so foul. I can send a picture of what we found. Also, no one ever responded to my messages. I probably won’t be doing this...

"Property was very clean and in a nice location close to restaurants and shopping. The community is nice and quiet. House was as described and had all the amenities you need. The kitchen also has everything you need. The pool and spa are great. Really nice that the pool lights up at night. "

Escape from Michigan winter

"We got to this area of Florida annually for spring break, primarily to get away from the grayness of the long Michigan winter. We stayed 7 days at this property and had a great experience. The first several days were very hot (which we loved) but I’d did overload the community power grid and the entire area lost power for about three hours. I informed the property manager and they replied immediately with an estimated time of restoration. This happens at home in the summer so I didn’t find this to be unusual. Power was restored sooner than the estimation and we continued on with our vacation. We enjoyed the heated pool and spa everyday. We were sad to leave."
