When I told them that I worked a graveyard shift, and that I would appreciate fresh coffee in the afternoon, they told all the staff, and they made sure it was fresh at 4:00 every day when woke up. When I arrived, I requested a top floor room, as far from everyone as possible, they moved another person (that hadn't checked in yet) to another room so that they could accommodate my request."
