"Everything was fine and plenty of parking. Wine and cakes to greet us! The mobile home is tight (e.g. narrow doors - compared to a normal home) but this was expected, even for a big van. Nevertheless, plenty big enough for three of us. Owners could not be more helpful. Great hosts. The noise from the busy A487 when bedroom windows are open during hot nights can be a bit disturbing for light sleepers - but then we were in an unusual heat wave! Kitchen well equipped and fully functional Great...

"Had a classic double room overlooking the car park so able to unlock car from window without having to go down for family members to pack/unpack items. Lovely quiet room, spacious, fantastic bed very comfortable and spacious ensuite. I did struggle with the door knob and also turning the shower on as getting arthritis in my fingers. Loved the bathmat, grab rails and easy taps on the sink. Could have done with a lighter duvet as very warm. Breakfast each morning was amazing and managed to sit in the conservatory bit on one morning. Ate in the Restaurant first night but husband found his lamb a bit chewy and cooked rare. Daughter ordered Gnocchi and meal was very small portion, she ended up having some of my seabass which was great. Puddings were lovely but quite pricey. Second night ate in the bar instead and enjoyed meals much more, steak and ale pie, beef burger and char grilled chicken which they cooked for me (not in the garlic butter sauce). Meals came very quickly and again different puddings but pricey. £100 each night for 3 adults without the cost of drinks. Great location though for Snowdon, two walked up and I got last ticket for the train. Amazing views from the window too of mountains. I would recommend."

"Peacefully located and comfortable, clean annexe with superb views over Llanberis and surrounding Snowdonia mountains and a welcoming and friendly owner. I especially enjoyed the local walk from the property through Padarn country park to Dolbadarn castle and back through the fascinating mining history remains; plus the walk out at Newborough sands on Anglesey and the owner's superb homemade Bara Brith on arrival! "

"Great location, though a bit confusing to find the last mile or two (very rural and no signs), and not clear where to park because cabin is behind two closed gates on heavily forested roads. The cabin was very nice and we slept well. Gorgeous spot and convenient to ride the Snowden train. We would stay there again."

"What an outstanding place to stay. Itâ€™s location is stunning, views down over the lake and towards the imposing Snowdon range, chickens and sheep wandering around freely in the field in front of you and close enough to things to be handy, but far enough away to relax and be isolated.The house itself was spotless, had everything we needed as a family, it was beautifully decorated, carefully thought out and had some wonderful extras that we just weren't expecting. It far surpassed our expectations The owners were fabulous and live nearby if there were any issues, couldnâ€™t ask for more Will not hesitate to come back, already shared it with our friends and family."

"A happy stay for both us and the dog. Clean and comfortable with all you need. Plenty of hot water and the heating was excellent when needed, the log burner completed the package. Just a little tight on space either side of the bed but not unusual in an older one level cottage. Secure garden for a dog unless it decides to explore the stream at the end of the garden. Ours didn't just enjoyed sitting in the sun with us. Nice to have a view too! "
