"Sehr schönes Haus und tolle Möglichkeit durch die verschiedenen Terrassen die Sonne den ganzen Tag geniessen zu können. Für Sauberkeit (Haare des Vormieterhundes) und Küchenausstattung können wir nicht die volle Punktezahl geben, da diese unseren Ansprüchen nicht ganz gerecht wurden."

"We very much enjoyed our stay. The landlady is very nice and welcoming. The house is spacious, with 5 bedrooms. It is old, which has charm. But older buildings can have some draw backs. For instance, the downstairs bathroom can get a bit smelly/damp, but if you keep the door and window open you’ll have no problem there. The kitchen/diner is fitted for 8, which was nice and spacious with only the five of us. We really loved the patio."

"Everything clean and complete."

"Wir haben hier ein tolles Wochenende verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr ungewöhnlich gebaut, hat aber alles was man braucht. Das Wohnzimmer haben wir nicht richtig warm bekommen, haben wir aber auch wenig genutzt. Hervorzuheben sind die sehr guten Matratzen und die sehr nette Verwalterin. Die Region hat viel zu bieten, wir haben sicherlich noch nicht alles gesehen."

"A nice house with enough separate rooms for 20 guests. We could find the key easily and received a warm welcome with a message and bottle of wine. Everything we needed in the kitchen was there. There is parking space for 3 cars, but please note that in that case one of the cars partially dismisses the grass play space. There are 2 bathrooms and 3 separate toilets. Unfortunately we tought we could have a bbq in the garden or sit on the terrace in the evenings based on the advertisment, but once...

"This is a super venue, a magnificent farmhouse complex with its own courtyard in a small village, it is quiet and peaceful. The rooms are spacious each with their own en-suite facilities, the beds were modern and super comfortable. A well equipped kitchen and comfortable lounge. We will definitely book this venue again next time we visit the Harz mountains."

"Het appartement was matig. Onder de bank en bedden was veel viezigheid. Daarnaast waren er veel mieren in het appartement. Ook was er in de badkamer een loshangende elektriciteitskabel. In de sauna ontbreekt het meest essentiële onderdeel: een thermometer. De afzuigkap heeft geen slang naar buiten en blaast de kooklucht aan de bovenkant weer de kamer in waardoor je met de ramen open moet koken om niet in de stank te zitten. "

"We've had a very pleasant stay at Steinbachhutte and the natural environment. Also very dogfriendly accomodation. The location at first was hard to find, even with the description, so a board could've helped us to find the Hutte without difficulty. Auf Wiedersehen!"
