"Excellent service, great view! Great for English speakers. We had a split reservation (spent some time in between at Yeosu) and they gave us the same room when we returned - how thoughtful! Utilized their baggage storage services so we didn’t have to carry everything with us to Yeosu. Metro is a short walk away and there’s a Lotte Mart (similar to a super Walmart) one building over for things you may need to buy. Central Park is just across the street. Concierge is on the first floor, lobby and the elevator to access rooms are on the 36th floor. You need to take 2 elevators to access room. One to get to lobby and then a separate elevator to access guest rooms. Breakfast buffet’s expensive, but you can tell it’s good quality with good variety. No courtesy transportation to/from airport. Can schedule with hotel for a charge, take taxi or use metro. Schedule ample time if using the metro. "

"따로 2명이 잘수 있는 온돌방과 Queen침대와 Twin 침대 포함 5명이 잘 수 있는 방으로 예약을 했는데 창문을 열자마자 보이는 바다뷰.. 👍👍👍 바다뷰로 값을 다 하는 멋진 숙소였습니다. 따로 인덕션과 싱크도 있고 저는 친구들과 같이 이용했지만 가족들이 함께 가도 좋을 숙소였네요. 다음에 여수에 가도 꼭 다시 이용하고 싶은 숙소 입니다."

"A wonderful view of the Namhae sea and the tranquility of the area was mesmerizing! The host was very accomodating and prompt. The check-in instructions on Expedia was confusing and stated virtual check in. Turned out that the property has in-person host handling the check in and also offered free breakfast (not shown on expedition). The ocean front property is a bit worn and could use better maintenance (i.e. loose door knob, steep staircase to unit entrance). Overall, our family of 3 really enjoyed the resort and would come back!!"

"I think is an amazing hotel with amazing staff. They are incredibly knowledgeable front desk workers. I wish I could communicate with them more in English, however, it’s more or less my fault for not speaking the best Korean. The front desk worker helped me when my toilet got clogged and brought me a plunger. Which was a little embarrassing but he was incredibly nice about it. Thank you so much for making my Korean experience great!"
