"I recently stayed at this house with friends and family. In total, we were 8 adults and 7 children ranging from 1-15 years old. It is a very big and comfortable house. It is in need of some TLC, the decoration is old but that is shown in the photos and reflected in the price. The heated indoor pool was amazing and saved our holiday as it was raining most days we were there. There were also many inflatables in the pool which was a nice touch. "This property is just amazing. Full of character and charm and so very well suited to the large group that we were. From under 2’s to grandparents in their 80’s, it was spot on Offering high chairs, potty’s, travel cots and plastic child friendly plates etc, as well as swings and garden toys, our great niece and nephew were very well catered for The house is full of nooks and crannies, so it was easy to find a quiet spot to sit and read or have forty winks! And what can we say about that...

"Property seemed nice on arrival but very basic kitchen utensils etc, dodgy fridge, dirty bathroom with hairs on floor, sides and a collection within the bath plug hole... The bath itself also was not very inviting and requires updating or atleast the shower unit. No hot tub although it clearly states on the advert itself and on all my booking correspondents.. Extremely dissapointed as this was one of the main selling points when I booked the property for a weekend. I had no communication with...

"The property was nice and clean and as advertised. What made the experience very special for my wife and I was the interaction with the property owner Nick and his partner as well as his family. They were kind enough to arrange for us to have a chef cook for us all three nights of our stay which was wonderful. We walked into town each day and one of the days it was raining pretty good and Nick was kind enough to drive into town and pick us up and give us a ride home. It was excellent and truly...

"We had the complete joy of staying at Cosy, Rustic 17th Century Countryside Barn for 4 days and nights and only wish we could have stayed longer. Everything was delightful. "We had a wonderful week with grandparents, parents and kids. A beautiful house with everything you could need. The kids spent all their time in the pool. The house was well appointed with comfy beds and all home comforts. Beautiful landscape views. Hosts were very accomodating and very reactive to any requests. We enjoyed walking to pooh bridge every day and visiting local pubs. Cannot recommend highly enough. We will be back. Beaut"
