"Reception was excellent. I had a corner room which was large and clean, comfortable bed, however there was only 1 towel, dingy and bare and 1 washcloth. There is no dresser, only a closet with a safe and hangers. The closet light does not have a switch to turn it off, so I had to close the door at night. Also, the coffee maker was sitting on an old cooler that was not cold and the light flickered. Doors slamming all night, but it’s a hotel, so expected."

"First, the shuttle van was in poor condition, obviously damaged in an accident, with barely any A/C on a mid 80s day. This is a very dated and worn down property. Public areas are in better shape than the rooms. Elevators had dirty floors. Our room had peeling wallpaper, rusted bathroom door hinges, grossly stained chairs and carpets, etc, etc. Even the do-not-disturb sign was worn and ragged! We requested a change and were shown an "updated" room. Pretty much just as bad. I was told this is a...

"It is a very massive hotel. Elevators are crowded with waiting times, luggage storage line slow and crowded. The worst thing is the noise at anytime: you can hear your neighbors, the chating on the corridors, the ice machines. We couldn’t sleep well a couple of nights. It is a very bad experience for a worldwide brand as Hilton. Not good at all. It has changed my total perception about HILTON as a brand."
