"my overall stay was just okay. however, i’m giving this review because I called the night before requesting a late check out.. Staff at the front desk said it was okay and he put a note on my account.. but there was loud banging on the door in the morning it was security, maintenance and another staff member insisting I could not get a late check out because I booked through a third party. Horrible communication on their part! my first and last time booking with this hotel!"

"Had the grandkids for Easter weekend. They said it was "the best hotel in the world!" And I agreed! Staff was great! Breakfast was great too! Will come back again!"

"We booked the hotel because the airport shuttle is available but we couldn't use it due to the limited time schedule (8am to 7pm) as we had to leave the hotel at 5:45am. The door knob of the bathroom in our room was broken. The room lacked cleanliness. The carpet in the hallway was old and dirty. "
