"Genel olarak çok beğendik, ilgi alaka temizlik her şey özenliydi, görsel olarak çok hoş bir otel, fotoğraf ve sosyal medya için biraz daha alan yaratılabilir bir boy aynası bile yok, yemekler ve kahvaltı lezzetliydi, içeceklerden ekstra para alınmasını mantıklı bulmadım bi kahveyi de ekstra diye oraya yazmazsınız, internet olmaması sıkıntı ve tvde netflix vb açılmıyor bunlar halledilmeli. "We stayed at this hotel for one night and were very satisfied overall. The room was very clean and well prepared. Breakfast was excellent, with a great variety and delicious options. The staff were extremely kind, friendly, and helpful, which made our stay even more comfortable. Our room included a sauna, jacuzzi, and a fireplace, which added a special touch to the experience. We especially enjoyed the jacuzzi. The only downside was that unfortunately the sauna did not reach a sufficient temperature, so we were unable to use it. Aside from this, everything exceeded our expectations. We would definitely recommend this hotel."

"Booked this hotel at the last minute so wasn't quite sure what to expect. First of all a young man attended to us. He does not have the manners to be meeting and greeting clients. He showed us to our room in which we got no key. We then asked for one and it was given to only have the lock not working. They then fixed it and the key broke in the lock. We didnt get another after that. We were able to lock from the inside but not the outside. The room needs to be better maintained. Mattress was very dirty under the sheet that was put on the bed. We asked for more bed clothes and received a duvet with no cover. Sorry but i dont know who else has used that duvet. Handles all rusty going into the bathroom with no door on the closet. Bath tub needs to be fixed and the water is dirty. The room had a lot of bugs and it seemed that the rooms opposite us had no one staying in them and the doors were left open so maybe thats why bugs get in. The blinds on the doors are filthy. Wouldn't go back again. The whole place just lacks attention and care. It has such great potential but not being maintained is a big no for me. "
