"This is our very first time staying at a Hostel which is beyond our expectations. The two receptionists who helped us checked in and checked out were above and beyond; the breakfast was exceptional; the location is unbeatable, just right next to the Interlaken Ost Station, super convenient, we highly recommend this place to EVERYONE !!"

"The reception folks were very courteous and helpful. I liked the access to the train station, bus as well as for the cable car from this lodge. I was pleased to find out that we can take the local bus (121,122) for free within the Grindelwald. Overall, it was a pleasant stay!!!!"

"Regarding the location, I can say that it’s not one of the most convenient one’s. But, worth just for the view. I would definitely recommend NOT to stay in a room with 6 people. The house is a bit old, so you keep hearing the floor cracking so it’s hard to sleep with so many people walking around the room. Other than that, the breakfast is good, staff friendly and place always clean. "

"Double room was very comfortable and had excellent view of Jungfrau. Good fridge / food storage system. But kitchen was bit crowded in evenings. Easy to walk / bus to Interlaken West and Ost "

"Hostel was in a great location in the city centre (however that meant slightly further away from the train station ~15 min walk which was a slight struggle with a heavy luggage). Service staff were helpful and friendly. Room had amazing view of the mountains. Decent breakfast spread. The room had a slightly musty smell. Lack of PowerPoints in room for charging"

"The Adventure Hostel is a short walk from the Interlaken West station, had super friendly staff, a decent breakfast, and very solid accommodations. By far one of the nicest hostels I’ve stayed in, with quality easily comparable to (and in some ways surpassing) 3-star hotels. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again, and I definitely recommend the Fondue Villa for great views and fondue!"

"This hostel has a beautiful view and is right on the lake. But the WiFi situation is terrible! No WiFi in the rooms and poor signal in the common area. The property is also right next to the train tracks, and the train goes by often and way into the night. There’s also one restaurant close by that I could find, so very few places to eat/shop/etc. Overall, it’s a great spot if you want to sit on the lake and relax, unplugged. Not great if you are a remote worker that needs quality WiFi and...

"Most terrible is the lady receptionist “Sara”. She has no etiquettes of customer service. She doesn’t know how to nicely deal with guests. She actually shouts rather than to speak gently with grace, she isn’t fit for this kind of job. Hostel is not at a good location, no public transport from hostel. Small rooms etc. I’ll not recommend it. "

"We had a wonderful time at the apartment by Ms Baker. She was very responsive and provided all the details. The apartment was well-kept and clean when we arrived. I was amazed by the scenery and the location. There were issues with the beds at the apartment though. The main bedroom's bed was creaky and the bunk bed's slates even bent a lot and creaky (making it dangerous). - This is with normal-sized adults. This should be looked into and fixed. Also, there was no washer/dryer in the basement...

"Everything is great. Rooms are spacious, staff is very friendly. The only thing they can improve is have a slightly bigger size of blankets / comforters. Overall very satisfied with our stay in the property. "
