It gets everything right - punctual and convenient free airport shuttle - consistently friendly and helpful staff - spacious rooms with big windows and balconies - beautiful landscaping - adjacent to walking paths for outdoor exercise - a spacious, airy fitness facility with windows all around (views of garden) - an incredible immaculate breakfast buffet - and even a little self-serve washer & dryer in the "ironing room." What makes this hotel great is the staff. Without exception they are excellent and in particular the bar and restaurant staffers. You can have great amenities as this hotel does but it is always the staff that makes the difference and in this case you could not do better. "
