The villa itself is stunning, the downstairs area is all open to nature and beautifully designed, whereas the upstairs was air conditioned with a big comfortable bed. The beach was completely private, we never saw anyone else there. We loved resting on the sunbed and listening to the waves. "Staff in office not nice,place is old and run down, far out of the way you must have transportation to get around, the do have a very nice private beach , we stayed in their apartments, not the bungalows 2 floor , no elevator , I don’t know how the bungalows are! Samui is a beautiful place !"
