"My stay would have been wonderful if upon check in I wasn’t charged 10 Euros to check in one hour early. The front desk advised me that my room was ready but if I wanted it before 3pm (it was 145pm) I had to pay the 10 Euros which I find absolutely ridiculous and a money grab. It would be different if I was several hours early or if they gave me another room instead. The location was great for the ferry to Helsinki and walking distance to the Old Town. The breakfast buffet was mediocre, okay selection but run out of a lot of things. The Spa and swimming pool area was lovely."

"A great location, good size room, liked the wall between us and the children but at the same time being in the same room. Friendly staff, able to leave bags and check in early for an extra €10. Plenty of areas to relax and enjoyed playing ping pong. Only thing missing is I Would have liked a bar at night."

"Lovely hotel on the edge of the old town, such a great position. Special mention to Samantha on reception who was very helpful during our stay. Other staff were very friendly too. Our room was with a garden view, a lovely big room with a fabulous bathroom. All the amenities required supplied- dressing gown, slippers, shampoo, body wash and conditioner . Hand wash and hand cream . Tea/ coffee supplied and reception gave me fresh milk that I stored in the fridge . There is also a safe in the room. We didn’t take breakfast as numerous cafes are nearby . It’s a short 15/20 minute drive from the airport. We used Bolt app which was very convenient and very reasonably priced . Balti Jaam and tram station a 5 minute walk. Overall would highly recommend the hotel …. Thank you"

"A very modern and simple hotel near the ferry terminal. It is really nicely located between restaurants, the port, the old town. You can grab the tram or take a 2-wheels to almost everywhere. The hotel is new and the check-in/out process was really easy. I strongly suggest coming here!"
