"It’s not worth the price we paid, we booked for 11 person but the bed can only accommodate 10 person that my son end up sleeping on the floor , upstrair toilet floor is leaking down to the kitchen, we emailed the host on the first day but no reply til we check out, So we have to share the the down floor toilet, the hot tub is dirty that we end up cleaning for us to be able to use, dusty and loads of cubweds in one of the bedroom downstairs."

"Enjoyed our stay in Tarvin! The cottage was quaint and comfortable. The amenities were perfect for a weeks stay. It was winter so no garden in bloom but it was lovely, well maintained and I enjoyed some bird watching. "

"Just returned from a 4 night stay at the Bothy. A wonderful little property with fantastic outside space. Although early April, we had fantastic weather and were able to relax in the wood fired hot tub and enjoy outside cooking. Evenings were cold, yet the best time to relax, under the stars in the hot tub. Thomas and Family live on site and are so very friendly and accommodating. I would wholeheartedly recommend staying at the Bothy, or the other cottages on site. Such a fabulous setting...

"Loved staying on the Railway, and a bonus is being able to catch a steam train from your doorstep! Everything we needed was in the acomodation but some things looked and felt a bit tired. Beds and sofa comfotable and it had a great shower. "

"The cottage was in a perfect location for us. The town centre of Ruthin is within walking distance and there are many interesting destinations a short drive away. The cottage was clean and all the essentials were provided. The bedding and towels were of good quality and the bed was very comfortable. There is secure off-road parking and the garden is fenced around. There is a tall step between the back door and the gravelled garden, but Ruthin is hilly so this should not be a surprise! "
