"Where do I start?! We stayed for 4 nights and it was just amazing. Every single person was so lovely and kind. Seeing elephants drink from the pool is something I'll remember for the rest of my life. Mahko took us on 3 game drives and his knowledge of the park and the animals is on another level, he's an asset to the lodge. The only negative I have is that we couldn't stay longer than 4 nights. I honestly considered feeding my passport to the elephants so I could stay. The lodges were spacious and lovely, beds so comfy. House keeping come in daily with fresh towels and to make the bed. The managers of the resort were also lovely people, so friendly and welcoming. I fell in love with hwange and without a doubt we will be back. If I could give it 10 stars I would.. I'd live there if I could! I thoroughly enjoyed being stuck at the bar because elephants were blocking the way to our room! Also, chef and the food are top notch too. I honestly can't speak highly enough of the place. "
