"Guesthouse Stary Jasen is a great hotel in Zagreb if you want to stay away from the hustle and bustle in the town. It's in a residential location just 10 minutes away from the airport and provided parking is a plus. Our stay there was seamless."

"We had a lovely stay at Aristos Hotel! The staff were incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Our room was spacious and clean. One downside was the spa hours. Unfortunately, it closed quite early (8pm) and wasn’t open in the mornings, which made it challenging for us to fully enjoy it while also making the most of our time touring the area. It would have been wonderful to have more flexibility to use this amenity. Overall, a wonderful experience though and we would recommend Aristos Hotel for anyone looking for a clean and welcoming place to stay!"

"The hotel is really new and modern, and the staff are lovely. But overall it is COMPLETELY unprepared to handle the volume it is currently pushing with tour groups. Just two staff members and two printed menus to service the entire restaurant each evening. Tour groups all depart at approx the same time which means there is 120 people descending upon the restaurant for breakfast at once - again, it was completely unable to cope, with one poor guy rushing madly around trying to do everything. Both coffee machines empty, huge queues, no glasses available, no coffee cups, no napkins. To top it all off, it is still under construction and the drilling noise during the day (from 7:30am - 4:30pm) is really intense. On the first day we were there something happened with the hot water so the whole hotel was without hot water for the evening and everyone had to take cold showers. Finally, the hotel is not in town - it's in the business district which is about 20mins drive from town, so the location is not really convenient or walkable. If you want to explore Zagreb old town I would suggest staying elsewhere."

"This hotel is close enough to the airport for those early flights. The bar and restaurant are nice, which is good because there is not much within walking distance. We had a good rest before a long travel day."

"We had an early morning flight out and needed a quiet place to sleep. It was exactly that. What surprised us was the food in the restaurant. It was excellent and we did not expect that. We were taken to the airport on time - 4 am as was scheduled. It was a perfect place for us to spend the night."
