"I selected this hotel on Expedia because it said "pet friendly" and gave me the costs associated and that I could have 2 pets. I specifically looked to see if there was anything that said "dogs only" or "no cats". I drove 2 full days and arrived at the hotel. Only to get to front desk to check in and be told, "we don't allow cats, rabbits, birds, or lizards". I asked how they consider themselves to be pet friendly if they don't allow anything but dogs. After I was very clearly upset, then the manager proceeded to threaten to call the cops on me and have me charged with assault when I had not touched anyone nor threatened any harm to anyone.
I definitely do not recommend this hotel on any level. Much better option just 20 miles down the road in Liberal instead. Plus cheaper fees for pets than staying at this hotel, much better rooms, and an excellent breakfast buffet at the Hampton Inn."
