"Definitely not what the picture shows be aware I left the very next morning and checked in to Marriott if they had a room that day I got to the property I would have left. Bed is terrible no hot water and only ac in bedroom. This was a big disappointment and it smelled like someone fumigated the place and left it closed up. Be aware. "

"This was my first time staying at Grand Coastal Hotel GY, so I was a bit skeptical, but to my surprise, everything worked out perfectly. I stayed in the presidential suite located on the second floor. The suite was beyond spacious and clean. The suite came with everything that's needed to make you feel like home away from home. The staff at Grand Coastal are very kind and patient. Special thanks to Mr. Kelsie, Alisa, and Randy for helping every time I had a question or needed something in my room. You guys rock, and you are truly amazing beings, and because of that, you have gained a lifetime customer. Thanks again for a lovely stay. "
