And later, other staff knew us in the hall, calling us by name, and welcoming us to delicious breakfast each morning. This place proudly displays the names/pictures of their staff, so we could begin to call them by name, as well. Clean, friendly. Nice views, comfortable room. Please note this is down the hill from the train station by a couple of hundred meters, so take a local taxi if with mobility concern, but by all means add Edelweiss to your joys of Swiss experience."

"Room and hotel is exceptionally clean. The walk from the train stop is fun, only ten min, and they offer free transport when travelling with luggage. Cool little main street in wengen where you can grab a bite. We were attracted by price and the room was fantastic. "

"Our “Classic Double Room” was so beautiful and spacious with many amenities including cozy bathrobes and a balcony with a gorgeous view, very comfortable bed, separate living room with huge storage space and an extra half bath. The decor was warm and inviting and very elegant with beautiful walls and furniture. The restaurant offers excellent choices and the breakfast buffet was expansive and delicious! I can’t wait to come again some day! "
