"I never seen such a worst stay wifi was not working inside the room no mobile signal also when I checked in reception he told here the wifi is working if you want sit in the front sofa and browse it is not my responsibility if wifi is not working and today it is too crowd thats why wifi is not working as such waste resons he gave, to sit in sofa then why did I booked a room? It was very disappointed night for me ever without internet very worst"

"It was not what we expected from a hotel in this price range. To be fair the breakfast was excellent! Absolutely amazing. But the advertised pool was not operational, there was very spotty internet (so bad you couldn't write emails), no soap in the bathroom (we had to buy our own), all the complimentary items never were refilled, and once the door to our room was open when we returned from a day trip. Lastly no one was available to talk to about this since the reception was never staffed....
