There are still several old houses that were used by the workers at the famous porslain industry. Today these houses and cottages have been restored and sold to private residents. "We had a wonderful week and really enjoyed our holiday. The house is so peaceful and in the most beautiful surroundings. The communication and help from Alex was brilliant too and although we were totally out of season, so no pool or boat, we had lots of things to keep us and our 6 year old very happy and busy."

"This is about one hour by bus outside center city Stockholm, but this will improve once the tram reopens. This a very quiet and peaceful area next to a bay.We really enjoyed our stay."

"The setting is breathtaking. The accommodation perfect. Our hosts, Mikael and Johanna worked to make our stay exceed our expectations. Mikael especially, helped us navigate very confusing ferry schedules, making sure that our excursions were well planned out. He made several recommendations that helped us take advantage of everything we could. We will return to visit Mikael and Johann’s breathtaking and ever ao comfortable vacation spot."
