"I have never tried to check in and have to dial someone to show up. He then gives me a room key, tells me it might not work, and when we get to the room, it actually does not. Now I had to call him again just to get into the room. Burned out bulbs in the room and nowhere bedside to plug in a phone to charge. Shameful inn!"

We wanted to visit downtown Chicago and this was about an hour away from downtown. Great neighborhood to stay in, we felt very safe and comfortable here.
