"Front office staff was unattentive. Not welcoming and arrogant attitude from the start of stay until we leave. They simply didn't care about guest satisfaction. The breakfast buffet was not up to standards, the breakfast room was untidy with a mop and big water bottle left on the side. Overall the stay was overpriced according to the service standards and negative attitude from staff."

"The hotel canceled our confirmed booking 15 mins before we arrived to hotel. The person on the phone even said they sold our room to someone with higher price as a reason. All other places were full because of the holiday week. We had such a hard time to find another place to stay. "
