"My overall stay was wonderful. Piola (night manager) was awesome and the front desk agent (I didn’t get his name) was as well. The gave me a credit on my room for food I had to return in 6/17 and I was really thankful. The rooftop bar is a little expensive and the hotel is not right on the beach. However, there are some great restaurants in walking distance. I’ll be back in August "

"The one bad experience I had here was when I went into the onsite restaurant "Cueva del Mar." The so-called hostess at the customer greeting station was INCREDIBLY RUDE. Didn't bother to even look up at me, just continued playing on her smart phone. No smile, nothing. I simply asked to see a menu -- of which there was pile of them right behind her -- and this girl motioned to a bar code in front of the stand. I asked for a menu (again, RIGHT BEHIND HER) and acting as if it were an imposition, she slowly turned around, grabbed on, and thrust it at me, without a single word. THIS DOES LITTLE TO HELP THIS HOTEL, EXCEPT FRUSTRATE CUSTOMERS. Something should be done to adjust her foul, inexcusable attitude."

"Brought my daughter down for Father’s Day. My biggest concern is always safety and Puerto Rico is pretty wild, but this end of the island and specifically this resort are incredibly safe, multiple gate checkpoints to get in, had no issue with my 18 year old daughter and her fiends walking around the property and I would have had a panic attack if they were alone anywhere else on the island. "
