"A nice little travel hotel within a five minute walk of the train station. Breakfast included western and eastern foods as is pretty standard in Taiwan. Staff spoke English and was very helpful. Would stay again. "

"Did not bother to inform me in advance about advance payment, nor bothered to inform me in advance about cash payment. Obviously failed to listen When I'm stuck outside, she even insist that I'll need to make payment before can enter... till I said I'll make the payment after putting my luggage. Totally a failed in handling simple operations and basic...

"很清幽的環境，在湖的旁邊，不像市區擁擠，要往台積電或是峨嵋風景區都滿快的，浴缸很大可以泡澡，房間也很寬敞，吃早餐時老闆正好在餐廳，還推薦我好多新竹的景點跟美食，尤其推薦我一間老店魚丸湯，他的燕餃是我吃過最好吃的燕餃，現場吃完還外帶兩包冷凍的回去"
