Apartment 'Fewo 1 - Seehaus Hoyer' with Balcony and Wi-Fi

Apartment 1 is perfect for a stress-free and relaxing vacation in the Franconian Lake District. It has 50 m² and is located on the 1st floor and consists of a living room with a sofa bed (lying area W 115 x L 175 cm) for one person, a fully equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom
fully equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom (double bed: 160x200), 1 bathroom
bathroom and thus offers space for 2 adults and max. one child. High-speed WLAN, a TV, a fan as well as children's books and toys are all available. Our apartment 1 has a large south-facing balcony with an electric awning including LED lighting.
The Altmühlsee is only 4 minutes away by bike.
We are located in a cul-de-sac, so it offers the necessary peace and quiet to enjoy a relaxing vacation.

Supermarkets etc. are only 800 m away from us.
All our apartments are non-smoking! We kindly ask you not to smoke in the apartments under any circumstances and to strictly adhere to this!
Pets and events are generally not allowed. If this is desired, please contact the hosts in advance. Written confirmation is required.
Free parking is available on the street.
The accommodation offers seasonal free vegetables from its own garden, which are guaranteed organic.
We have a storage room for bicycles. Please note the conditions for parking in our garage from our terms and conditions, these are available on our website Seehaus Hoyer for download, by email or by phone at any time.
The accommodation has guidelines to help guests separate waste correctly. Further information is available on site. Most of our electricity is generated by a photovoltaic system.

Pros: Wir waren eine Woche Gäste in der sehr sauberen, gut ausgestatteten Ferienwohnung. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Tankstelle usw. sind nicht weit entfernt, trotzdem wohnt man in sehr ruhiger Umgebung. Bei Bettina und Bernd Hoyer wird man sehr nett aufgenommen, von uns eine ganz klare Weiterempfehlung!

Pros: Helle, geschmackvoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung mit gemütlichem Wohn-/Essbereich und großzügigem Balkon. Die Lage ist ideal als Ausgangspunkt für eine Vielzahl kultureller Aktivitäten und Ausflüge in die Natur. Die Vermieter erwiesen sich als absolut unkompliziert, sehr freundlich und äußerst hilfsbereit. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Pros: Wir kamen für eine knappe Woche in dieses schöne Haus und haben uns sofort willkommen gefühlt. Die entzückende Fewo im ersten Stock mit herrlicher großer Sonnenterrasse hat wirklich alles, was man braucht. Schlafzimmer und Bad sind klein aber fein, auf den neuen Matratzen liegt man sehr gut. Das Wohn-/Esszimmer ist wunderschön und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Hier kann man sich einfach nur wohl fühlen, es ist wirklich an alles gedacht. Vielen Dank an die Hoyers für alles, wir kommen bestimmt bald wieder!

Pros: Eine kulturelle Veranstaltung zog mich für mehrere Tage nach Gunnzenhausen, das ich vorher nicht kannte. Es erwies sich als schmuckes kleines Städtchen mit einer herrlichen Umgebung. Genauso schmuck war die Ferienwohnung, alles neu vorgerichtet und schön eingerichtet. Die Familie Hoyer nahm mich herzlich auf. Sie waren vorbildliche Gastgeber. Ich werde mich gern an diesen Aufenthalt erinnern und diese Ferienwohnung unbedingt weiterempfehlen. Brunhilde Pitschke

Pros: 2 Wochen wirkliche Erholung.Tolle Ferienwohnung, sehr nette Vermieter und herrliche Umgebung. In den 2 Wochen, die wir dort verbrachten, ist keine Langeweile aufgekommen. Wir lassen uns dort sicher nochmal sehen. Vielen Dank für die tolle Wohnung.( Inclusive tolle Balkon) Gruß aus Wuppertal
