"Cannot speak highly enough about this place or the host; both are excellent. The house is fabulous and the grounds perfect; a hugely characterful old stone house subtly furnished with a mix of old and new but equipped with all you need for a home from home. Nice hotel, but a bit dated

"I think this was a top-of-the-range hotel in the 1990's - it's still a very nice hotel, but feels a bit dated. Location is great, close to the city center, staff is friendly, breakfast was very nice."
