"My husband and I stayed in this Hotel for Oktoberfest and were pleasantly surprised. I think you should consider some reviewers expectations a little questionable. The Hotel was clean, spacious, the price was good compared to all the other hotel prices due to Oktoberfest, the bus stop was right in the corner, the breakfast was delicious and the staff was hard working and available to answer any questions we had. I read reviews that the hotel was worn down and all this nonsense, I don’t know how often they expect Hotels to remodel, the facilities looked good to me. If you want fancier there are plenty of other options. Thanks to all the staff, you guys are very hard workers!"

"The room was clean, comfortable & quiet. The staff were pleasant but housekeeping had issues. We were short of 1 glass, we requested one but I had to go to the bar to obtain one. We requested a change of towels, again house keeping failed and I had to go to reception & complain, to be fair they then arrived immediately. The access hallway carpets are badly stained & that lets the property down. Overall I would stay again as the room was good & the location is ideal."

"We stayed at the Cocoon Stachus for 11 days while visiting family in early August 2026. We had two rooms, one for my 80yo mother and one for my husband and I. Our stay was great When we arrived early the first day, we were welcomed and were provided with a locked area to store our luggage. The location of this hotel is perfect as a home base if you are planning on sight seeing or traveling Via train to nearby countries. We took day trips to Austria twice. The train station is one block away and provides access to the S-Bahn and U-Bahn lines as well as the Eurail lines. In addition,the train station was loaded with great places to buy groceries, and snacks . Within walking distance we found several Lidl grocery stores with great breakfast and snack pastries ( as well as ch eap liquor). Our rooms were both clean and well stocked. The staff was super accommodating and helpful throughout out 12 day stay. I would like to give a shout out to Gvantsa, who manned the reception desk while we were there. She was very helpful andaccommodating."

"Nice Hotel in a great location, close to the Central Train Station and walkable to many attractions and restaurants. Both the walking tour and the bus tour that we booked had their meeting point within walking distance of the hotel. Room was small but well laid out, bed was super comfortable and shower was great. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel lobby hosts a snack store, a nice cafe and a bar with Happy Hour each day. Would stay here again!"

"The staff was very helpful. I had a mobility scooter delivered due to an injury and they were very accommodating and helpful. It's close to the bus and train making getting around easy. The breakfast was perfect to start the day with. This is not a glamourous hotel but it is clean, quite and friendly. I'd stay here again."
