"If you’re looking for a hotel in the Short Pump area, you can’t go wrong with this choice! The hotel was clean, with an upgraded, modern lobby and well-maintained rooms. The staff were also extremely helpful, welcoming, and accommodating. The only reason I’m not giving it a full 5-star rating is the beds. They were too low and uncomfortable for my liking. However, for a short stay, my overall experience was very pleasant, and I was still pleased with my choice."

"Stay was nice, easy to find, check in was quick. There’s a bar/restaurant in the lobby. I ordered a shot of tequila and ordered tenders/tots. No complaints with bar, but the food was “meh”. Room was clean, overall good stay."
