"Fantastic location, plenty of parking, everything you need (home from home) However the property is tired and needs some tlc. The garden is overgrown and the hedges are unkept which obstruct the sea views. Overall I would definitely recommend the property. "

"Cottage is in a great central location- in less than a minute you can be on Fore street or Porthmeor beach. Lovely comfy beds, super bathroom. Lounge is a little small but perfectly adequate. The small outside space is great if you are bringing a dog. Would definitely stay again"

"The property was very perfect by all means. My family enjoyed each and everyday in this accommodation. Perfect privacy and location was in lush green fauna. What better anyone of us could ask for. Communication with landlord has been very heloful. "

"Well situated for the village of St Agnes"

"The best of the stay for us was how thoughtfully things were made available to cater to the needs of the guest. From the Welcome book which had instructions and takeout menus to the safety pins in the drawers to the utensils in the kitchen. The location as well made our stay so much better, there is Co-op a couple meters away and short walk to the seafront. "
