"Not bad. But they claim to charge extra for pool usually, and the pool area has no privacy or maintenance, or a place to relax, it's dirty too and people from neighborhood buildings keeps starring, which is quite uncomfortable. They don't have room service after 4 / 5 pm, which can also be inconvenient. And have told us "no guests will be allowed to visit" even after taking a suite. The quality of service is quite poor, compared to what they charge."

"The Rooms are tiny and smelly and dated. Requested to change room as was staying for a whole week and they asked for more money. Other guest that arrived later had better rooms. Reception staff is out to grouch you for money at every request. Had confirmed booking from expedia and was told they did not have the booking and it was cancelled- where in the desk clerk the night before confirmed that the room was booked for the extra night. No natural light- windows facing the next building wall 2 feet away. Breakfast buffet was the same for 7 straight days- no change in the food variety. Will not recommend for stay. "

"A very comfortable and neat small hotel with super friendly and helpful staff. Excellent breakfasts. The hotel is situated in the cleaner ‘embassy’ section of Dhaka and off any main rounds. I would absolutely stay here again and fully recommend it."

"This was the second time I stayed at the Raintree. The price is comparable to others in the area, with large rooms reasonably priced. There’s a lively coffee shop in the lobby and the hotel staff are wonderful. Twice they arranged for an airport transfer in the middle of the night. Also, one of the main reasons I chose to stay here a second time was the outstanding breakfast buffet that included many options for vegetarians. The room, bathroom, sheets and towels were all very clean and I really like having the hotel-provided slippers and a robe. "
