For the price, it was a great property in a decent area. Walk to the beach in 5 minutes or so. 2.3 miles to Shaggy's and about 3 miles to the aquarium and downtown Gulfport areas. Probably only a 10-15 minute drive to Biloxi. There are a lot of trains that go by 2 blocks away and lots of overhead commercial and military plane traffic, so if you are a light sleeper take that into account.

This beautiful cottage is in a great location for a visit to the Mississippi gulf coast. It’s located in Gulfport, which is close to Biloxi, Pass Christian, and even Bay St. Louis. The cottage itself is about 1 1/2 blocks from the beach. There are restaurants nearby. The cottage is furnished with everything you could need for a relaxing stay. We enjoyed our time there and would definitely stay again!

Had a great time with our family around the Gulfport area. The house was close to the beach and all renovated. Mina was easy to communicate with and had everything ready for our stay. Thanks hope to be back again in the future.

My only concern was that the floors were very dirty I always go barefoot inside and my feet were black within seconds Other than that and the beach not being what I expected which is not the responsibility of the property it was a nice day

A great experience! The cottage was a right fit. Suggest maybe an explanation on entry process, I.e. opening the key box . Suggest on coffee table place a notebook binder showing : how to contact host, instruction of tv and internet. Places to go. Will help new folks to area. 👍 Highly recommend this place.👍

My husband and I stayed at Mina's property for a week and loved it! Everything was tidy and the property was accessible to everything we wanted or needed! There would be plenty of space for a small family. The only thing is the TV does not come with very many channels so if you happen to get stuck in the house, make sure you bring games or a small DVD player for movies.

The neighborhood was trashy looking and the porch needed to be cleaned. Very little to do unless you wanted to gamble at the casinos. The inside was nice and clean.

Mina’s lil cottage is lovely on the inside with restful colored decor. We enjoyed the back porch and birds in nearby trees for our morning coffee. It is a short or drive to the beach. Mina has beach chairs and camp chairs for your use. There is noise from trains, planes and traffic but the little street the house is on has very little traffic. There is a nice walk a few blocks away to enjoy on good paths. The cottage is located near grocery stores, shops and restaurants.

Recently remodeled and refurbished 1940’s style beach bungalow. Spacious kitchen with generous counter space. Open floor plan. Two nicely appointed bedrooms with a shared bath. Great private WiFi and cable. Laminate floors or tile throughout. Awesome covered porch with swing, great reminder of simpler days. Parking for two vehicles. Kitchen view of the beach. Plan to go back again next winter.

I’ve made a tradition of staying at this same wonderful little home away from home at the same time every year. The home is clean and stocked with everything I need to be comfortable. I love walking the neighborhood with my dog and it’s just a short stroll to the beach. There’s a close grocery store and restaurants surrounding. I love enjoying the swing on the large front porch and the neighbors are friendly. Mina is a wonderful host and I recommend coming for a visit to soothe your soul. (Just not my week) 😁

Our week started with 100% chance of rain for the first three days, normally would have been a bummer..... HOWEVER, this cottage was perfect for a few rainy days of relaxation! We sat on the front porch, was able to get out in between storms. The weather turned great later in the week...again, the cottage was perfect to "come home" to after a day at New Orleans or Ship Island. We will definitely be back. Just as advertised-clean, nicely decorated, close to the beach. This was a great place to rest our weary heads after hanging at the beach. The beds were comfortable. We enjoyed swaying on the porch swing in the mornings. The kitchen was nice and had everything we needed. The house layout was convenient with the bathroom and laundry facilities in a small hallway between the bedrooms. We appreciated the extra towels and washcloths in the bathroom. The beach chairs were handy to have so that we didn’t have but our own. Check-in was easy and wi-fi worked great. They mowed the yard while we were there but were kind enough to wait until mid-morning in case we were sleeping in. We would definitely stay here again.

Mina's cottage was so lovely. It was clean, spacious, and felt very comfortable. She is very thoughtful in her details, considering everything you may need. From beach chairs to boogie boards and sand buckets. She has you covered! The neighbors are so friendly and welcoming. I loved being able to see the ocean view from the kitchen window , yet being far enough away to avoid hearing all the traffic. I loved my morning and evening walks to the beach with my best furry friend. I will be back to stay. It was just good for my soul. Thank you, Mina
