"Places was clean and inviting. We also felt safe. Although this listing is small it was the PERFECT size!!!!! The bathroom shower was amazing. The closet, kitchen and bathroom made great use of the space. We really loved this home and our stay. Already booked again for May!!!!! Thank you. "

"Seagrass was a beautiful upstairs loft. Just enough space for two couples. Exceptionally clean, the loft was updated and decorated quite lovely. The beds were very comfortable as well. The outside deck was a perfect size for four people and nice area to enjoy a beverage and the Gulf’s cool breeze. Great location! "

"Location was convenient - balcony was private but couldn’t see the beach. Only tv was in the living room. Trains go through often in the night but overall the area was nice."

"There was absolutely no mention that a train would run by multiple times a day including early morning hours about 50 feet from our bedroom. During this trip we were obligated to be up early and never got a good night of sleep and VRBO doesn’t post reviews or I would have known beforehand. "

"We love this house for the location close to many restaurants and the beach. It is very walkable. Coffee shop across the street and views of the water. Large balcony is a plus!"

"Peaceful and quiet home for a restful stay. Close to all the coast and city activities. Great coastal restaurants for great food and beverages."

"All i can say is WOW😡 inside the place was okay and clean but the location and outside was really bad. This place is in a apartment complex and looks like you were in the hood with all the bad stuff happening around you. Needle caps in the pool broken chairs by the pool and fights going on outside people beating up each other. The host never responded to any of our messages and we left the next day due to we all was scared for our safety. Was on the phone with VRBO for several days about the...
