"Clean room with small balcony with a view of ocean. Beach was nice with chairs and umbrellas provided along with some toys for kids. Narrow lot so space was tight on the beach for a busy weekend. Hotel requires valet parking. Damaged car and valet company and hotel have not helped or responded. Very expensive for value, especially given damage to our car."

"I loved my stay at the Marriott pompano. I found all of the staff so genuinely helpful and nice. I loved the proximity to the ocean and the pool area was gorgeous. If I had one complaint it was that they put a $200/per night hold on my credit card. It was 3 nights so with the conversion rate, it was an $850 CAD hold. That felt excessive. Just be warned. Otherwise, I loved it. "

"The rooms are spacious. I stayed for four nights and had to work from the room much of the week, so the desk space was very helpful and the overall room size was very comfortable. The in-room coffee is adequate, and the complimentary daily coffee in the lobby is a nice added feature. I also needed to print documents during my stay, and the business center worked perfectly for that purpose. The staff is fine—perhaps not overly friendly, but certainly not unfriendly. The location is really the key point of the stay. It is right in the middle of everything in the Boca Raton area, making it very convenient. "Upon arriving early, we were told that our room was cleaned and ready. I asked for access to the room and was told that there would be a $25 charge to enter the room before 2:00pm. EVEN THOUGH THE ROOM WAS READY! It’s not about the money. It’s just a ridiculous policy. Way too busy with private events and conventions. From trying to get a seat at the pool, a plate at the breakfast buffet, or long waits to get in an elevator. I’m not sure if we’ll be returning. "
