"The staff was professional and friendly. I gave it 3 stars because I was very disappointed with the restaurant. They gave one kitchen but say there are two restaurants, we ate dinner the first night at oceans. The place looked a bit dirty and dated but what really gave them 3 stars was the hour wait for our food. The prices were outrageous for the quality and portion size. "We stayed in a two bedroom condo here for 7 days but wanted to extend our stay by one night so we had to move to an available one bedroom. Each staff member we interacted with was very friendly and helpful. Specifically the moving of rooms was very easy and they even offered to move our stuff to the next room if we did not want to wait and if we put it all onto a cart. The two bedroom condo was excellent, clean and spacious with an unobstructed view of the beach. The only complaint there was...

"Unit was dirty. Floors were sticky. AC units did not help with humidity. We were sweating while we slept. Paper towels and toilet paper (after the first small roll) were not supplied. Parking was inadequate for the number of guests. All of the mattresses were worn out. The towels were worn out. Refrigerator was rusty around the edges. No dishwasher in unit. Dishes in cabinets were not clean. Yuck."

"what not to like, beautiful hotel, nice amenities. Very clean, the most naces thing they clean the rooms every day I change the bedding and towels without anyone asking for it. recommend 10/10"
