Floor-to-ceiling windows frame postcard Gulf views the moment you walk in, and the open main floor flows from the fully equipped kitchen to the dining table to a cognac leather sectional facing a 65" Smart TV.

Cook, play cards, or settle in for movie night, all without leaving the conversation.

The wrap-around deck is the heart of the home. Sip your morning coffee in the Adirondack chairs, grill fresh seafood at the outdoor table, and watch the sun drop into the Gulf.

When the beach calls, it's a few steps away.

Grab the chairs, toys, and wagon we provide and go.

Then there's the fun most beach houses don't have.

Tucked under the home is a private 7-hole putt-putt course, a cornhole setup, and a brand-new 7 person hot tub.

It's the perfect spot for a little friendly competition while you grill, or a soak to unwind after a day in the sun.

Rinse off in the outdoor shower on your way back in.

Sleeping arrangements (sleeps 10):

Main floor: King bedroom with Smart TV
Main floor: King bedroom with Gulf views from bed and Smart TV
Upstairs: King bedroom with Gulf views and Smart TV
Upstairs: Bunk room with two twin-over-twin bunks (sleeps 4) and Smart TV

Two shared bathrooms, one per floor, each with a tub/shower combo and vanity.

The lower bathroom is accessed through the adjoining bedrooms.

Provided for your stay: all linens, bath towels, and basic soaps, plus a full-size washer and dryer.

A Keurig Duo brews both pods and a full carafe for the coffee lovers.

Please note beach towels are not provided.
