I will start with the unit is clean. Customer service could not be worse. The condo is managed through a clearing house that does not seem to be managed locally. When you make a call to the management property, it goes into a clearing house and you have to wait for it to be disseminated to the local management office. Then you never hear from the local management office. I needed towels for the master bedroom for over three days. The security gate had no record of our arrival so it took quite some time to get through to the proper channels in order to get us put into the properties system for parking. Shout out to Jessica an actual contact. Now this condo is very spacious. It is incredibly tired with broken decorations and missing wall hangs, but the nails are still in the walls. The remote control is covered in duct tape. The beds are on strange bed frames so by the time you wake up, your bed has scooted halfway across the room. The mattresses are also not great. There is also no icemaker in the freezer so be ready to fill up ice trays! We don’t cook much when we stay except for breakfast. The frying pans are no good so bring your own. There are also no small amenities to get you started when you arrive. There were a few amenities in the extra bathrooms, but like I said, the master bathroom was not equipped with towels or amenities.The Beach Club is a lovely place to stay and we have stayed there dozen of times. Just be more discerning in your selection.
