Sandy Dreams has 2 separate levels which makes it a duplex style with an entrance through a shared interior stairwell. Sandy Dreams features great amenities with double the fun since there are 2 living areas, 2 kitchens, and 2 dining rooms, 2 master bedrooms, 2 washers and dryers and 2 balconies which allow families to spread out or come together! This beautiful, custom beach home features plenty of space for a large group, a reunion, or a multi-family vacation. Guests will enjoy lounging by the pool and soaking in the sun or enjoying a refreshing cocktail at the outside bar.

Overlooking the beautiful Gulf of Mexico, Sandy Dreams stands tall and offers beautiful beachfront views. This home is the perfect spot for a vacation of up to 21 guests! Located in West Beach, Sandy Dreams is minutes from the area's best restaurants and attractions! 
 
Underneath the home, guests can find plenty of shady space to relax near the outdoor bar area or splash in the pool while listening to the crashing waves and ocean air.  After a day at the beach guests can rinse off in the outdoor shower, then enjoy the sunset and salty sea air from one of the home's two spacious balconies!
 
On level 1, Sandy Dreams features 3 queen bedrooms with LCD TVs along with 1 master suite with a king bed.  There is a spacious living area with a full kitchen and living room leading to a spacious balcony. The fully-equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances and plenty of prep space so that guests may prepare a decadent meal. 
 
On the 2nd level of the home, guests will find 3 bedrooms with queen beds, and a second master suite with a king. Each bedroom is equipped with an LCD TV. The second level features the second living area with a full kitchen, living area and dining area. Off the living room there is a spiral staircase that leads up to a loft area. The loft has a full/twin bunk and 2 queen beds along with a full bath.

Rental Age Policy
We love people of all ages, and we want everyone to enjoy our homes.  However, we do require that an adult 25 years or older reserve the home and be present at the home during your entire stay. We do not rent to anyone under the age of 25.  We have no exception to this policy. If you are found to not be in compliance with this policy, you will be immediately evicted from the premises without a refund of any amount.
