Welcome to beautiful Gulf Shores Plantation Resort which is a gated, vacation community offering over 4000 feet of private, white beach frontage, natural sand dunes, and gorgeous well manicured landscaping. Activities are available for all ages and perfect for a budget friendly family get-away.

This an efficiency condo and offers a queen-size bed and the living room has a sofa sleeper.
The kitchen has a dishwasher, refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, drip coffee maker, toaster, blender, trash bags & paper towels
(1 day starter kit set-up)

Facility offers a coin operated laundry. This resort is next door to the nationally ranked Kiva Dunes Golf Course and just minutes away from the restaurants, shopping and entertainment of Gulf Shores.

The sugar-white sands of Fort Morgan are only a few steps away from the condo. Shopping, dining, and bars are 15 miles to the east in Gulf Shores. Sassy Bass restaurant is located onsite at the condo. Fort Morgan is a quick nine-mile drive westward, with preserved Civil War fortifications and access to Dauphin Island via the Mobile Bay Ferry.

1268 RCC Vacation home

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I had a great time at my Studio condo at RCC Plantation. The Studio needs some TLC. But the host and the owner were very nice and prompt fixing things . I made lots of memories and I was very comfortable at my studio condo.
