Summary:
Gulf Tower is a low density, gulf front, high rise located in the heart of Gulf Shores, AL only 1.4 miles west of Highway 59 (& The Hangout) near shopping, dining, and entertainment. Located on the 12th floor, unit 12-A is a spacious, well appointed, 1000 square feet, two-bedroom, two-bath condo with breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico! The balcony is enclosed, acting like a sunroom, with sliding glass doors which provide privacy and yearlong enjoyment of the beach and gulf.

The Space:
Unit 12-A is nicely appointed and features a well-equipped kitchen with granite counters, tile floors in the common area and carpet in the bedrooms, Wi-Fi, dining table which seats 6 & a washer/ dryer. The large master bedroom features a private bath, king sized bed, and flat screen TV. The guest bedroom has two twin beds, flat screen TV, and a bathroom just across the hall. This condo sleeps 6. The living area has access to the sunroom/ balcony and features a large flat screen TV, and a queen-sized sleeper sofa.

Guest Access:
Aside from the fantastic coastal views, there is also an outdoor pool, BBQ grills, exercise room and free WIFI in the Club Room for your use and pleasure. This location does have an elevator for ease of access throughout the building.

The Neighborhood:
IMPORTANT: ONLY ONE vehicle is allowed in the parking lot. Gulf Tower is located directly on the beach with amazing views of the Gulf of Mexico. The complex has a beach-side pool and BBQ grill area.

**ONLY ONE PARKING PASS ALLOWED AT THIS COMPLEX**

*Upon arrival, you must pick up parking pass from our office, which is about 10 minutes from the complex.
